If you are not 100% happy with your Evergreen purchase we will happily offer you a refund (YES A REFUND! Bet you weren't expecting that!)
If you require a different size or style we suggest you purchase the size or style you do want and return the incorrect style or size for a refund. We do not hold and we can't guarantee the item will be in stock when your return arrives back.
We do also offer store credits or an exchange all of which have to be processed within 30 days of purchase.
The cost of the return is to be covered by the customer.
Please allow up to 5 business days once we have received your return for it to be processed.
Items MUST be returned in the original condition- unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached. Items can be brought into store or returned via post with the return form completed.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange your item once it has been returned at no cost you. Faulty items will not be accepted after 30 days from receiving the item.

Once your order is placed if you need to make a change we can only do so up to 1hr after your time of order and there is no guarantee your change will be actioned. Please email email@example.com
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to dispatch unless the item is a pre order in which case there is a note on your invoice advising an expected dispatch time.
If for any reason we cannot fulfil any or part of your order you will be refunded and the partial order will be sent.
