Frequently Asked Questions

When we receive your order you will instantly receive either a text or an email confirmation (depending on whether you checked out with an email address or a mobile number).

Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your confirmation. Also please check your texts in case you checked our via mobile.

You can also see your order confirmation in your Evergeen Account.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Once it has been shipped you will receive either an email or a text with your shipping information.

Please check your texts & your email spam folder. You can also see your tracking by logging into your Evergreen Account.

As our warehouse is very efficient we cannot make changes to your order after they have been placed.

If you chose shipping please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. Once your item is with Australia Post we can no longer control the parcel. Please use your tracking number provided to track your parcel with Australia Post.

Please make sure you are entering the correct code at the checkout screen in the "discount code" box.

Please note:

- You can only use one offer per cart (no code stacking)

- You cannot use your rewards points and a discount code at the same time

- You cannot use your discount code and have a special offer in your cart at the same time

Please allow up to 5 business days for your express order to be dispatched.

The express option means Aus Post will prioritise your order once it has been received. Evergreen's dispatch time frame is still the same as regular post.

Once your return has been delivered to us - please allow 10 business days for us to process your refund. Once we have processed your refund you will receive a confirmation email.

Depending upon your bank, it can then take 5-10 business days for the funds to land.
