If you are not 100% happy with your Evergreen purchase send it back to us! It must fulfil the following criteria:
- Items to be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached (and makeup free)
- No returns on Earrings or Makeup (because thats icky)
- No returns on Clearance items (marked as SALE or in the clearance section) or Discounted Items (excludes Multi Buy Deals).
The returns portal is not available to New Zealand customers. Please send back your returns 7 exchanges the manual way by printing off THIS form, packing up your items & paying your postage at the post office.
In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange your item once it has been returned at no cost you. Faulty items will not be accepted after 30 days from receiving the item.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to dispatch unless the item is a pre order in which case there is a note on your invoice advising an expected dispatch time. During Sale periods, orders can be delayed by up to another 2 business days. Express orders are not prioritised by Evergreen - only by Aus Post. See current Aus Post shipping times here.
Once your order is placed if you need to make a change we can only do so 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri, within the first our of the order being placed. There is no guarantee we can make a change. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
If for any reason we cannot fulfil any or part of your order you will be refunded and the partial order will be sent.
