If an item is a pre order your whole order will be delayed till the item is ready. Express orders are not prioritised by Evergreen - only by AusPost. See current Aus Post shipping times here.
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed.
If for any reason we cannot fulfil any or part of your order you will be refunded and the rest of your order will be dispatched.
Please check over all garments as soon as they arrive. In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately. Faulty items will not be accepted after 30 days from receiving the item. We cannot accept items which have been worn or washed.
