If you are not 100% happy with your Evergreen purchase send it back to us! It must fulfil the following criteria:
- Items to be returned within 30 days of purchas
- No returns or exchanges on Clearance items (marked as SALE or in the clearance section).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached (and makeup free)
- No returns on Earrings or Makeup (because that's icky)
Domestic returns incur a shipping cost of $10 (this will deducted from your return, or charged at the point of exchange).
The returns portal is not available to New Zealand or USA customers. Please return your items the manual way by printing off THIS form, packing up your items & paying your own return postage at the post office.
Please allow 10 business days for your refund, credit or exchanges to be processed once we receive it. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to land in your accounts, credit notes are sent instantly to your nominated email address.

If an item is a pre order your whole order will be delayed till the item is ready.
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed.
If for any reason we cannot fulfil any or part of your order you will be refunded and the rest of your order will be dispatched.
FAULTY ITEMS:
Please check over all garments as soon as they arrive. In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately. Faulty items will not be accepted after 30 days from receiving the item. We cannot accept items which have been worn or washed.
** Discounts and discount codes are only applicable once per transaction. You cannot use a discount code in conjunction with any other offer. Evergreen reserves the right to disable any discount code or offering at anytime.
