If you are not 100% happy with your Evergreen purchase send it back to us! It must fulfil the following criteria:
- Items to be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached (and makeup free)
- No returns on Earrings or Makeup (because thats icky)
- No returns on Clearance items (marked as SALE or in the clearance section) or Discounted Items (excludes Multi Buy Deals).
FAULTY ITEMS:
In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange your item once it has been returned at no cost you. Faulty items will not be accepted after 30 days from receiving the item.

- New Zealand Shipping $17.95 - allow up to 7 - 10 working days from dispatch.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to dispatch unless the item is a pre order in which case there is a note on your invoice advising an expected dispatch time. See current Aus Post shipping times here.
Once your order is placed if you need to make a change we can only do so 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri, within the first our of the order being placed. There is no guarantee we can make a change. Please email hello@evergreenclothing.com.au
If for any reason we cannot fulfil any or part of your order you will be refunded and the partial order will be sent.
