If you are not 100% happy with your evergreen purchase we will happily offer you a refund (YES A REFUND! Bet you weren't expecting that!) We also happily exchange or offer store credits all of which have to be processed within 14 days of purchase.
Items MUST be returned in the original condition- unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached. Items can be brought into store or returned via post with the return form completed. Return forms are provided in all shipped parcels.
In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange your item once it has been returned.
